Executive Director
A Post Graduate in Social Work and trained at IIM, Bangalore Lakshmi or NJL as he is fondly known also comes with 29 years of combined Industry & consulting experience . He specializes in Behavioral Science and is the to go person for advice in HR Strategy & Employee relations. He is a Certified Thomas Assessor & a Certified Assessor – CII HR Excellence Award.
